Dr. Haider Ali Khan, the well-known philanthropist, medical professional, and innovator, is the force behind the BKH Humanitarian Foundation. Founded in 2011, the BKH Humanitarian Foundation (bkhhfoundation.org) is active in the education sector, as well as offering food and medical aid and assistance. This month, the Foundation celebrated National Charity Day to bring focus to the needs of immigrants, the underprivileged, and others who need help.

Apart from the BKH Humanitarian Foundation, Dr. Haider Ali Khan is associated with the Community Humanitarian Service Center (CHS), and the CHS Center of India. Dr. Haider is also the innovative mind behind the Medication Management Program, the Telemedicine Model, Electronic Health Record Program, and the E-prescription program.
In India, Dr. Haider Ali Khan’s mission has made progress in the rural areas of Darbhanga, where women are taught seamstress skills and take part in the textile industry. Guidance and some financial assistance are offered as well to acquire skills and support families to live with dignity.
“Through the BKH Humanitarian Foundation, we address the challenges the world is facing in three key areas: healthcare, education, and nutrition. We are an inter-faith humanitarian organization, and our programs are offered with no strings attached,” said Dr. Haider Ali Khan.
Apart from education, the BKH Humanitarian Foundation is at work in New Port Richey, Florida, where a lunch program is run at the commercial kitchen at Community Humanitarian Services Center (CHS), and then taken to a local Homeless Center.
Born and brought up in India, Dr. Haider Ali Khan came to the US to pursue professional medicine in New York. He is currently the President of S N S Medical Consulting in Florida.
